Yes, i%26#39;ve tried to stay at Alila Cha Am a few weeks ago and i want to insist on ';I%26#39;ve tried to stay'; because immediatly on arrival, we have had a very bad feeling, like to be in jail...

The resort, for our standard, is not really nice because none of rooms have a sea view and the design is not really nice. It%26#39;s not because we don%26#39;t like modern design and justly, it%26#39;s what we are looking for when we decide to choose a resort but in this resort, it%26#39;s not beautiful and absolutely not confortable... Even if you book a Deluxe Terrace Room, you could have a view on the wall just in front of u and no chair or table on the terrace... Inside the room, we have had the bad feeling of sadness and the smell was horrible and everything was still in construction and honnestly, i think it will takes at least one year to complete all the works in the resort.

About the service, it%26#39;s really bad. Staff is not well trained and the GM is really not respectful and friendly.

The only nice thing is food which is quite good but after lunch, we have finally decided not to stay longer in this resort and we move to Putahracsa which is ten times nicer even if there isn%26#39;t a nice beach like at Alila where you can enjoy a walk in the sand...

However, it%26#39;s not a five stars resort... And i really don%26#39;t recommand this hotel for your upcoming stay in Thailand.
