Chakrabongse Villas or Peninsula? /Bangkok air fare question

Hello I%26#39;ll be spending 2 nights in Bangkok at the end of July before flying on to Samui and have narrowed it down to these 2 accomodation choices.

(We%26#39;re a couple in late 20s looking for a wee bit of luxury and maybe a good night out in Bangkok as well as a good place to be based for our short stay here.)

They are a similar price so would be grateful if anyone can suggest which is the best.

Also could someone please tell me is there any difference between the ';Y'; and ';M'; fare booking though Bangkok airways?

Chakrabongse Villas will give you a taste of something different to most other hotels. The Peninsula is just ';another high rise 5 star';, nice but just like the rest.

Y mens full economy fare, M is a restricted economy fare, but you%26#39;d need to check their website small print for the exact definitions, as it varies slightly between airlines.

Thanks - sounds like Chakrabonse will be for us. The only thing putting me off is it sounds like the peninsula is more accessible - ie I understand we can get the sky train nearby.
