I was cheeky and booked 2 suites at 0 baht per night for a week. The booking went through with just 100baht booking fee but just got an email saying - sorry there was a system error so we have cancelled your booking.

Oh well!!!

Damn, I just received one too. Well...gonna write them a nasty mail and see what happens.

Most websites do honor their mistakes so lets see if this one does.

Latestays.com / Asia Web Direct are well known for their not so ethical behaviour,

Google their name at the top left hand corner, unfortunately not good news, but having said that maybe post over on Phuket.com and see if this may generate some positive response for you,

In Australia their is legislation that states that their is %26#39;%26#39;truth in advertising%26#39;%26#39;- could be beneficial to remind them of this legislation and possibly speak to their administration, though from past dealings with this organisation I very much doubt their will be much success
