It definitely would still open when you visit here in April. Owner of the land is suing the leasee and the court orders the leasee to move out. It is under appeal and would take a long time until the case is settle.

The whole area%26#39;s scheduled for development. They%26#39;ll just bulldoze it, beer garden included.

Suan Lum is alive and kicking - was there at the weekend and no discernable difference from usual. It will take forever and a day for the appeal to happen.
