Cash exchange places - what do they look like?

Hi,

This may seem like a silly question so im sorry if it is. I鈥檝e looked up previous threads and have found that everyone says there are plenty of places to change aussie cash for Thai baht. Just wanted to know exactly what these places are? Are they banks? Convenience stores? or are there specific cash exchange places like our travelex stores?

Thanks so much for the help!

Only 10 days till im in Phuket - yay!

Well you cant describe them but you will know. I would say closest to a kiosk.

Lee have a great time. Yeah they are booths with a digital readout with the rates on most of them at the front in lights.

You will have a bit of a chuckle to yourself when you see them as they are really that obvious. Better include it in your JBR k. Would also like to know in your jbr how many steps between each one as they are pretty much every 5-10 shop. I liked so many as if you are a bit of a terry tight as my hubby he had to check every single one to see if he got the best price...got pretty embarrasing at times lol.
