What Clothes To Take For May?

Hi there,

Have booked our time in Koh Sumui for late May early June and looking forward to our firs trip with out the kids!.

However what clothes would be best to take, not a lot i hope. Do i need special clothes for the restaurant for instant. Hopefully lots of sunbathing,swimming, and meeting the locals.

Any help would be great.

May seem silly question but this is the first trip for a while.

Lightweight for the very hot weather. If you intend to visit nice restaurants etc then take appropriate clothes, not everywhere likes to see beachwear, short short etc.

I%26#39;d take the minimum necessary for 1 nice restaurant meal, and take advantage of buying local beach clothing to fill the suitcases for home. Unless you%26#39;re eating in 5-star restaurant, a casual attire is expected in most places.
