thinking about renting a villa at the above resort,just a few things , would a taxi service be available to get to hua hin,,looks like its about 3 miles from the town ,and can u fly from bangkok to hua hin . thanks.

don%26#39;t know about the taxi from the resort. but what people do is they keep the handphone number and call for pick up service.

Yes you can. I saw the ticket counter at the old airport. But at Suvannabhum, I didn%26#39;t.

It%26#39;s easy to get a taxi from town to Palm Hills because there are a bunch of Taxi%26#39;s in town

But getting one to take you into town is another matter

You%26#39;d have to walk out to the main road (could be a long walk depending on where your rented villa is located) and stand there hoping to get a cab going into town.

Since Palm Hills is outside of town there aren%26#39;t that many going into town...unless they are heading back after dropping someone off.

the clubhouse has a van that picks up guests at hotels around the area and brings them to the clubhouse for golf.

I%26#39;m sure they would take you into town for a fee. But that would only work in the daytime when people are golfing.
