http://www.loynava.com is wonderful. Great food, great ambience, great service, thai music and dancing too. Book direct as agents mark up the price. Hotel pickup included.

Personally, I%26#39;ve found these cruises to be over priced and under valued. Also, the food is never cooked on board but brought from a kitchen on land (this is without exception as far as I%26#39;m aware). That means the food is never cooked fresh.

I would suggest taking a non dinner cruise in the evening. If you want to eat along the river, pick a restaurant. Arun Residence (on the second floor outdoor deck) is great in the early evening with a beautiful view of the river and Wat Arun. There are many more, however.

If you absolutely feel you want to take a dinner cruise, there are plenty to choose from and I%26#39;m sure other posters will give you the best advice (but check with your hotel as well).

I can%26#39;t say for other cruises but Loy Nava has onboard kitchens, and the food has always been fresh and hot on each of the dozens times I%26#39;ve taken the cruise. I%26#39;ve also been on the Oriental Queen a couple of times, and enjoyed hot fresh food there too.

has anyone done the banyan tree%26#39;s dinner cruise,
