Friday Night BBQ - May 2nd - Anyone else going?

Just booked for the Friday night BBQ on the 2nd May. Has anyone else booked for this night??

We had an awesome time there last year so we had to book again for this trip !!

Would be great to meet up with any other TA people that may be going on that night and have a few beers.

Friday Night BBQ - May 2nd - Anyone else going?

We fly to thailand on the 2nd so i was thinking about booking the friday night bbq for the next friday (9th)

Hi Rob %26amp; Bec - we really wanted to make 2 May as we had a hoot last year, but it%26#39;s the day we arrive so out of the question. There are 20 of us in our group and we are there for 3 weeks but we are only together for the first 7 nights and then go off and do other things around Thailand. So we don%26#39;t miss out altogether, we are possibly looking at a Thursday night alternative (we have enough people to make a party) so if Richard doesn%26#39;t get the numbers up for Friday, please feel free PM me and join in if you like ! We are booked for the 9th also.

We are group of 11 from Perth WA.

Looking forward to the BBQ then climbing the pole to ring the bell in the bar (?). Are the bar and the BBQ at the same place?

Get the impression they are side by side or even the same venue, yet I read that someone ';travelled'; to the bar from the BBQ..?

Anyway, looking forward to it!

The BBQ and Sunshine Bar are in two different venues, but not too far from each other, they%26#39;re both in Rawai.

Hey guys, I%26#39;m a newbie here so hi everyone! I will be celebrating my bday on Aug 8 and have booked a vacation to Bangkok and Phuket then. Luckily, Aug 8 is a Friday so I want to join in this! Haha, talk about pressure. :P Would anyone else be there during the monsoon season? Spongebob, let us know how it goes!
