fitness centre/gym in patong?

i%26#39;m looking for fitness centres in patong - i have a habit of going to the gym when i%26#39;m on vacation, helps me minimise the dreaded holiday weight gain. i%26#39;m currently looking at fit club patong, where they charge 100 baht a day for usage. it%26#39;s pretty cheap, although i%26#39;m unable to find much reviews for it online. it%26#39;s actually perfect for me because it%26#39;s like maybe 5 minutes from my hotel.

does anybody know any other gyms in patong?

actually, as i have stated, i already have a hotel (baipho), so there%26#39;s no chance i%26#39;d get to stay in yorkshire inn. however, i would like to find out - can i perhaps still %26#39;sneak%26#39; into the thai life complex to use the gym? or do they have like room key card access or something? i been to some countries where outsiders can simply use some hotel gyms without the hotel staff noticing at all.

otherwise, does anybody know anything about %26#39;fit club patong%26#39;? it looks like a pretty decent gym, and they offer 90 baht per day (with 10% internet discount coupon)

when you book into the yorkshire inn or any of the sister hotels mainely the whiterose and patong international you automatically recieve free pool/sauna/steam room,,and also recieve a 20%discount to one of the best equipted gyms on the island.i myself have stayed at the yorkshire since it was taken over by the new owner in 2005..

since then it has been my only place of stay evertime i holiday in phuket.

i have only great things to say regarding staff service/management and of course paul the owner.

they must be doing smething right here as return custom is testament to that.
