Anybody have feedback on Smartours??

I am thinking of taking a smarTours trip to Thailand. Does anyone have any good or bad experience with smarTours for this destination?

We just returned from their Feb 23 Thailand tour and had a very good experience. There were aproximately 34 people on the tour, most who were very seasoned travelers. It wasn%26#39;t a luxury tour but was an excellent value that we couldn%26#39;t of put together on our own. We had an excellent tour guide Ketsera

I took this trip last year at this time and it was fabulous. The bus was 1/2 full and like the previous member mentioned it there was a guide to our activities but much more was added in by the passengers. Our guide was excellent MR. BOEING.

I was traveling alone but so where many others. Some had been on numerous trips with this company. Check the bulletin board for more information I have posted a review previously. I took the Puket extension and it was fabulous. Good luck!

We went in November. Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic! We loved Thailand and were very happy with Smartours. Most hotels were nice, value was excellent and the country was fascinating. I posted a much longer reply recently so you might want to do a search. We did hire private guides for two days in Bangkok and one day in Chiang Mai so we got away from the group and did what we wanted. It was a nice break but overall the group thing was great.
