Shopping for tall guys with big feet

Hi guys! What are the chances of finding clothes to fit a 6 foot 3 inch (188cm) guy with size 13 feet? Hoping to buy the usual knock-off shirts and maybe a pair of shoes. Thanks a bunch!

hi , well i was hopeing to do some shopping when i got to bangkok. but soon found out that the size XL hardly found there. that is at a bargain price like at MBK and platinum. i think we pertty much went to every jeans store trying to find my size 36 no one had it. how ever i found some shirts in one store ,size xL. no luck i had to watch my girl friend shop till she droped.

Shoes are usually sold in metric sizes (UK 8= 42 Metric). Big malls/stores sometimes have small selection of large shoes, but it%26#39;s limited.

XL can be found if you look hard, but as Thais are normally more petite that westerners, such large sizes are not popular. There are a few specialist large size stores around, including one in the Silom Complex, which links directly from the Sala Daeng skytrain station.

Some shops for Big Feet on Sukhumvit Road near Soi 11-13. Also try the lower Sukhumvit Sois 1-13 for clothes, as they often cater for larger men.

i%26#39;m on the smaller sized frame scale (i fit in well with thais) so i haven%26#39;t shopped for large sizes. but having said that, the pratunam market contains clothing destined for US and european markets, so they carry the larger sizes. they aren%26#39;t normally knock-offs, they are the clothes that might contain a very minor flaw (i say might, many are same quality as exported clothes) that a thai company is under contract to make for a US/euro company. when are you coming? i%26#39;ll look next time i%26#39;m at pratunam and get back to you.
