Getting from Phangan to Phi Phi

Hi there

Can anyone suggest the best and quickest way to get to Phi Phi from Phangan? I%26#39;m only in Thailand for two weeks in April so don%26#39;t want to spend a whole day travelling cross country if I can help it.

yeah this is pretty much waht i did, boat to samui and flew to phuket and then boat to phiphi. it does take a while but is well worth it. i was only in thailand for 3weeks and did both costs, bangkok and kanchanaburi.... spent decent amount of time in each place too, flew everywhere, a lot more expensive than bussing it, but when your time is limited well worth the extra bucks

Thanks both for your replies. I ended up booking a flight from Samui to Phuket then will take the ferry. Only 2 weeks to go, can%26#39;t wait!
