Hi all

I will be in Bangkok in mid June for 3 nights with a major target to shop. Stayed at Arnoma a couple of years back and found the location absolutely perfect but of course, the rate is quite high.

Found out about Aphrodite Inn and it looks good on the web - room looks clean and of course, the location is around that area.

Can someone please share on their experiences with this hotel (I know that the cabbies have problems locating it) but is it still clean and new? How far in is it from Big C? How do I get good rates for this hotel?

it%26#39;s on another soi (side street) next to Big C. I don%26#39;t know about the exact price, but heard the ihe price is reasonable compared to their facilities. It%26#39;s close to shopping, restaurants from 5 stars to street stars, massage shop. What%26#39; s else you can ask for when you are in Bangkok.

What would you recommend - should I tell the cab driver to drop me off at Big C and walk to the hotel on my own since its near Big C? I fear that I will face the problem like some other people where they dont know where the hotel is.

Does anyone else know this hotel? Any comment?
