koh lanta to Langkawi or vice versa by ferry?

We are looking to put together a trip Feb 2009 and have been to Langkawi many times. Believe you can get to Koh Lanta by boat now, and thought we might like to stay 7 nights in Koh Lanta as well as Langkawi. Anyone know of a ferry and when it goes. Thanks

Has anyone had any experience of this ferry - are they likely to be very rocky and make me sea sick?! i have actually booked flights from Langkawi to KL then KL to Krabi but this would be a much better option as long as i dont have 7 hours of being sea sick!
