3 Children, 2 Adults, Rainy Season--Where to Stay?

Hi!

Iam looking for recommendations for a resort or a hotel that fits the following requirements:

1. On the beach

2. Has a good pool

3. Walking distance to shopping

4. Close to activities

5. Stroller friendly

6. Not more than 150 USD per night.

Possible?

Ps. Our children are: 1, 8 and 12 years old.

Why not try the Kata beach Resort.

We stayed there last year and it seems to meet your requirements.

Will probably be cheaper than $150 US a night.

Right on a nice beach and definately stroller friendly.

If not there maybe Katathani , nice hotel but less restaurants nearby and tuk tuk to shopping.

very private beach ,thats good for swimming all year round as it%26#39;s very sheltered. 2 pools

only downside is its in the south of the island so not much to do around it.exept aquarium

few local resturants,

we have stayed there with our children and they have had great time. have a look at there web site see what you think.

we only go to phuket high season ,so can%26#39;t really say much about rainy season,exept i have been told seas can be very rough for swimming around karon,kata,and patong

Hi Again,

We will be staying at Cape Panwa this year and it is beautiful, but , definately not stroller friendly,

and there is no good shopping nearby.

Really nice staff and a great beach area for children though.
